Klara's confirmation

This was actually before the trip, but a great party that we were happy to be part of! Klara did a great job and so did her family, putting together such a nice party!

Ella and Mommy's trip to Umeå

We took the train all the way to Umeå. It was a loooooong journey but we had loads of fun on the train! We finally arrived in the middle of night. We played with Nora and her parents, Dannie and Daniel. They have a great house and we had so much fun there! We went out for Chinese food and saw the city, had a barbeque and played a lot! But time flies when you have fun so before we knew it, it was time to catch the night train back home.. We hope to come back soon! And bring daddy! We miss him a lot!

Mormor's 60th birthday surprise party!

We tried to surprise her with a little party when she and morfar (grandpa) came back from their trip to Rome. A small little shindig for the closest family and friends.

Bakery

This was actually before the snow. Anyhow, it was Friday and Ella and mommy went to her cousins' house to make some ginger cookies, gingerbread or whatever they're called. Pepparkakor we call them. The two younger cousins, with friends, auntie Linda and us. Yummy! And as we sat there baking, the first snow fell. Straight out of a fairy tale...

First snow!

As December came so did the snow! Today is the first of Advent and we light the first candle. Warm and fuzzy Christmas feelings inside! White winter wonderland outside. Ella was so excited she barely had time for breakfast before she ran outside. We tried some sledding and made snow angels. And ate some snow too. Tis the season, indeed!
